Anthropic has just put $100 million behind a new category of enterprise AI talent. On October 2, 2026, the company announced Claude Frontier Academy with a target of training 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. The first participating organizations include Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk. India’s UPI payment system is about to undergo one of its most significant pricing changes since the zero-MDR regime began in 2020. Starting October 15, 2026, specified person-to-merchant UPI payments above ₹2,000 will attract a 0.4% Merchant Discount Rate (MDR), subject to a maximum charge of ₹300 per eligible transaction.
